What is Helping Hands?
This ministry provides meals for families when the mother or wife is unable to meet the needs of her family due to a new baby or hospital stay. We will provide this service for up to 3 days.
Who can serve?
If you enjoy cooking and would like to serve the Lord by providing meals for families in need, this would be a great opportunity for you. Husbands and families are welcome to help.
How often do we serve?
We will help as often as the need arises, however, we do rotate off of an approved list of volunteers.
What kind of food do we provide?
We prepare and deliver complete meals, either home-made or take-out, consisting of an entrée, a starch, vegetables and/or salad and bread. Dessert is optional.
How do I get involved?
Fill out a ministry questionnaire and return it to the Church office. If you are already approved for ministry, please contact Dianna Freeman @ (909) 427-0781.
